Laca, now 30, joined Arsenal in the summer of 2017, signing for a then club record fee from Olympique Lyonnais. He made 2XX appearances for Arsenal, scoring 71 goals with 36 assists. During his time at the club Arsenal won the FA Cup and two community shields. He is in Arsenal's top 10 all-time Arsenal Premier League goal scorers and was Arsenal's 2018/19 player of the season.
Manager Mikel Arteta said: “Laca has been a fantastic player for us. He’s been a real leader on and off the pitch and has been an important person for our younger players. His commitment with us has been exceptional and we wish him and his family success and happiness.”
